Test, configure, and troubleshoot a large, mission-critical Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementation across hospitals and clinics in Nova Scotia. Develop test cases from client-gathered requirements and run functional, regression, exploratory, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing on a system already live in production. Handle system build and configuration — lab orders, hospital locations, and real-time patient data — and document and track defects through Jira, partnering with developers to resolve them. Participated in 2 System Integration Testing (SIT) events and 2 Go-Live rollouts, including post-go-live support via Cerner ACT, and led 2 client-facing training sessions to help the client use and troubleshoot the system independently.
